Blues, wine and white roses

Я не зря тут кучу картинок выложила с алкоголем. Была на выставке вина. Дегустировать мног не пришлось, настроение и так было отличное.
Самое незабываемое впечатление произвело белое вино из Val de Loire под названием Crémant de Loire Langlois Blanc Brut - это было что-то с чем-то. Я не самый большой знаток вин и вообще алкогольных напитков, но если что-то нравится - то это надолго. Мне многие вина горькие на вкус и часто сильный остаточный привкус горчит все выпитое после. Поэтому я предпочитаю что-нибудь сладенькое, как истинная скадкоежка. Кстати, на счет сладкого.
Продегустировала Wild Africa Cream, который завозится из Южной Африки компанией Wild Cape liqueurs, очень вкусная штука, подавалась в шоколадном наперстке. Друзья сказали что это типичный Baileys, что не правда, вкус более молочный и алкогольный, и напиток менее густой.
Вот тут несколько рецептов коктейлей.

Впечатления самые позитивные, буду покупать, однозначно, для разнообразия от Original Baileys. Кстати, о нем, родном и дорогом, на выставке купила себе кофейный Бэйлис, бо в SAQ его вечно искать нада, и как правило есть только оригинальный, что есть несправедливость.
Следующие на очереди были местные продукты. Естесственно сидр (La Cidrerie La Pomme du Saint-Laurent) вне конкуренции. Ну сидр он и в Африке яблочный уксус, но тут было нечто особенное, настоенное на землянике, прикольный вкус яблока с насыщенным клубничным привкусом и запахом. И название подстать коктейлю вкуса и запаха La Cidraise (cidre + fraise) очень вкусно, но много не выпьешь. Производит это чудо алкогольной промышленности местная кантора Verger Clément Larivière.
Еще из импортных изысков попробовала итальянский земляничный ликёр, в нём очень прикольно плавали малюсенькие землянички, который потом очень хитро разбавили шампанским. Рецепт коктейля прост:
60 ml Fragoli, Toschi (Ликёр)
200 ml de Cuvée Brut, Carpenè Malvolti (Шампанское ).
